Fucking agreed!

Pueeees... Mmm... No veo ningún buen ejemplo en tu profile.

An amusing combination of styles.

I must say, the way you messed around with the color scheme for this animation is something that, in my opinion, is a big achievement, aestethically looking at it, it was a new and refreshing style, and at the first second I started watching this, I knew it'd be good, and didn't dissapoint at all. Actually, I expected the style to be lost a lot across the animation, considering how hard the character placing would be, and I was luckly wrong. The style kept on and on for the whole movie, having the exact same constitution from begining to end.
What I am not certain of is how some parts that are relatively easy to do in frame by frame with some effort, were made with tweens, for example, the dinosaur's eyebrow should've also had some sort of weight over the skin below of it, I'd recommend that when making expression shifts, it's better to look at the mirror and later do it frame by frame, since when frowning, it should also change how the upper third of the face. There were quite some riduculously tiny flaws like this one, but they aren't really meningful, but when played together, it does catch the eye and looks really good. Congratulations, this animation was incredible, you should probably keep experimenting with the colors, it puts to display how artistically talented you are.

It's an interesting view at the KK...

I must say, I enjoyed this greatly, yet still, I think it's filled with inperfections that could be solved with some practice. First and mostly, the frame by frame animation seemed EXTREMELY unconsistent to me, this should be solved by trying to plan the character drawings one by one as a rough sketch, instead of giving more attention to how the frames merge together. This is a really common issue in japanese animation, and I can see this is majorly inpired by that, besides the obvious fact that it's made on purpose, the overall way to animate it and character placing seems to have ann old school japanese animation vibe to it. Between the totally rad camera turns you pinpointed here, the overall art in the frames was a little bit lost, that when looking at it, seems like a safe play to say that when these frames, played 24 per second (assuming it's 24) won't be really noticeable, which it doesn't at simple view, but unfocuses the viewer and is a huge distraction. Else than that, I like how you made static images such as the view at Tom have WAY more detail, keep up the hard work, and please, look at some references!

is really good see you review, and most, becausse i not have much english :3 but is a good critique, i think, and is 26 fps :3, and yes, i concentrate a minimun is the draw, because in this moment i wanna leard much of the animation, thanks for review me :D

Another outstanding submission by Johnny Utah.

I have to say, I love your cartoony style, you coloring is a true treat to the eye, and I had quite some time laughing at this, the onw thing I found completely strange was the lack of... well... yeah... cock jokes, but the comedy in this was beyond it, and it was about time these fad sites had a nice parody of their own.
What I did think that was really a bit of a letdown was probably the movement of the mouth. Although I think it lets you concentrate more on the art into it, I think frame by frame looks nicer and shows more effort than a movie clip set to single frame.
I liked how you actually even switched styles at times, that really looked nice and the coloring, although it did not have the amazing graphic quality as the rest of the movie, it looked really nice, but the animation could've really used some more in betweens and less tweens, but I like how you played around with how the characters moved.

Keep up the totally amazing art job!

JohnnyUtah responds:

fbf lip synch looks nicer but damn dude, doing 4 minutes of that wouldve taken me MONTHS

Que buenos pantalones!

With my mother language being spanish, the spanish here was actually so bad that it was hilarous, I literally thought it was portugese, amazing. The animation is also great, I loved every single aspect of this movie and it's really hella underrated, the bizzare coloring almost reminded me of Catoblepas and the frame by frame was great!

Me encanta esta animacion!

Brother, you've just made my day!

Just when I thought the series reached rock bottom

At first, although I do not like the series and am not a huge fan, I tried to look at this from a neutral point of view, in fact, I found it to have some potential at first, with at first I refer specially to the first scene. I did not play whatever game this movie is paroding and neither I will bother to research and see what the hell it's about, but the first scene made me laugh and I think it was great, still, after that, the movie's quality went WAY down.
First, the animation was actually really good, but it had some serious faults, one of them specially being the shading scheme, it really disapointed me. Actually, all of the coloring was a bit of an eyesore. When coloring your characters, I'd recommend you to use a lot more the color pallet and choose a slightly darker color instead of something that makes so much contrast. This was really noticeable with the skin of the first guys, since you chose a really saturated color to color it and instead of using a variation from the color window, it looked like you used a darker color from the presetted ones, which annoyed me as soon as I saw it.

After the first scene, it got worse. Really worse. The animation went downhill, specially when animating the fire covering this so called "agent". That looked awful in all the sense of the word, it was literally just a two frame movieclip looping, it could help you if you try to use more frames and animate it trying to think of each flame individually engulling each other.

The voice acting got boring already and it sounded improvised, you should probably listen to the recording and think of the quality of the audio, which can be a huge condicionant of the movie. The rest was actually good and the effort was visible in all the frame by frame, specially the coffee part in which everything got slo-mo, that part looked smooth and nice.

Overall, I don't think it's a good movie, but it isn't totally bad either, it just looks like it had a shortage of time.

Egoraptor responds:

I don't think you know what you're talking about when it comes to the color remark you made :x

Otherwise uhm you don't seem to be critiquing how funny the movie is just how visually amazing it is and I never meant for the awesome series to be visually stunning. I could've told you the flames are a 2 frame loop lmao

Hope you laughed anyway despite it not meeting your aesthetic standards!!

I'm wondering..

.. howcome this doesn't have 5.00/5.00... ?

MrScriblam responds:

im wondering why you suck everyone's dick you faggot

Ha, that was funny

That was funny, I specially liked the whole stand up add to the comedy. The moments of frame by frame looked truly great, like the movement of the hand in the first clip, etc. The graphics were just fine, they really weren't too impressive, but they were not bad wither. At times it looked like you got in some way "sloppy", that's the only way I can think that is really proper to describe them, not because of the gradients, which also looked kinda bad, but the shading scheme wasn't really all that complex, but just shading here and there. A good way to make it look better would be taking in mind the light source and the volume in your characters, which really lacked a lot.

What was really annoying was the pitches in the audio, I'd recommend using a better mic for recording, removing the noises with something like Audacity, etc or just try to keep a reasonable distance between yourself and the mic. The animation had it's flaws too, like the three or four frame running cycles and things like that, but it was really smooth too in some moments.

It's a good animation. It's not perfect, but not bad one bit either, it's an exact 8.00

psychicpebbles responds:

Thanks I'll take all of that into consideration. Thanks for the review

heh, interesting

That was preety funny, the animation was good, but I would lie if I said I was expecting a bit less of tweens and more FBF, tweens sorta made the animation style an eyesore, which would lead me to think that you didn't test the movie enough times while making it. The drawings were lovely, I really like you Butch Hartman style, although I don't like The Fairy Oddparents, your art style is funny and cartoony, aswell as your character design.
The ending was a big shock, I liked it, but since this was for April Fools, I thought it was just someone throwing the snow from a rooftop, so I jumped back in laughter at the last moment. Keep this stuff going, this is good!

Pixmintro responds:

Thanks, I cram tweens down your throat since my turn-around time on these movies is so slow. I guess I need to own up to the Butch Hartman-iness of my style. :P

I am the son and heir of a shyness that is criminally vulgar.
